BBSakura to Exhibit in “JAPAN Pavilion” at MWC Barcelona 2026

BBSakura Networks, Inc. (“BBSakura”), a subsidiary of BBIX, Inc. (“BBIX”), will exhibit in the “JAPAN Pavilion” at MWC Barcelona 2026, which takes place from March 2 to 5 in Barcelona, Spain.

The “JAPAN Pavilion” is a special exhibition organized by Japan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) to showcase the initiatives of Japanese companies and support their global expansion by providing exhibition booths for businesses involved in Japan’s ICT-related products and services. The call for exhibitors for “MWC Barcelona 2026” targeted domestic small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and venture companies possessing innovative technologies related to Beyond 5G/6G and AI, amid the rapid advancement of network technologies and AI adoption. BBSakura was selected as one of the exhibitors for this pavilion following an external expert review assessing the novelty of its technology and the feasibility of its overseas expansion.

BBSakura will showcase its cloud-based network services “Open Connectivity eXchange” (“OCX”) and “OCX Mobile Access,” provided in collaboration with BBIX. OCX is an on-demand network service that delivers highly secure, low-latency, and scalable connectivity to cloud services and data centers. In addition, “OCX Mobile Access” enables secure connections from mobile networks to OCX’s private network, ensuring seamless and secure connectivity anytime, anywhere.

At the exhibition, BBSakura will demonstrate how to build mobile communication environments and private networks with just a few clicks through the OCX portal site. Additionally, monitors set up within the booth will show the actual operation process and steps to establish connectivity.

BBSakura and BBIX will continue to evolve communication infrastructure through the network cloud service “OCX” to support their vision “Toward a world where everything is connected,” aiming to realize flexible, high-quality connectivity in anticipation of the arrival of a digital twin era.
