Managed Peering Router is a service that manages installation, operation and maintanance of BGP routers for corporate customers and CATV operators.

BBIX support installation, operation and maintanance of BGP routers for customers.

By installing multi-homed routers in a redundant configuration, availability can be ensured.
Also, network operation services, such as operation and maintenance system that can respond 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, router monitoring screens, setting change task (unlimited number of times), etc. are provided as standard service, so you can start network operations with peace of mind.

  • A set of 2 routers with full route support
  • Configuration creation and implementation by BBIX engineers on customers premises
  • A system monitor that allows you to check the status of the router 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  • Requests for failure reporting and setting changes can be received 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from the portal screen.
  • Configuration can be viewed and compared on the portal site.
  • Unlimited setting change task.
  • Peering negotiation support
  • A flow analysis service as part of a traffic report.
  • The traffic flow can be viewed on real time basis and utilized for traffic analysis

BBIX for Microsoft Azure Peering Service

This is an optional service of the “Managed Peering Router” service. By subscribing to BBIX for Microsoft Azure Peering Service, BBIX will provide a reliable and stable Internet connection environment for Microsoft cloud services (such as Office 365).

Features

  • Availability can be ensured by completely redundant network, such as router installation locations and different routes.
  • The shortest network path and direct routing ensure that communications with Microsoft are delivered to customers. Communication is not affected even if the route becomes unstable due to BGP hijack or BGP leak.
  • You can monitor network and router performance and usage using the Azure portal and Flow Analysis Services for Managed Peering Router.
