SB C&S and BBIX Begin Accepting Applications for Jointly Developed Original Data-only SIM Service “CAS Connect”
SB C&S Corp. (“SB C&S”) and BBIX, Inc. (“BBIX”) will begin accepting applications for “CAS Connect,” their jointly developed data-only SIM service for enterprise customers, powered by BBIX’s Open Connectivity eXchange (“OCX”), from October 1, 2025.

Driven by the acceleration of Digital Transformation (DX) and the diversification of work styles, corporate IT and communication environments are undergoing significant change. As a result, establishing a network that enables secure, seamless operations, regardless of location or device, has become a critical issue for many companies. With the growing adoption of remote work and cloud services, the demand for high-quality, flexible, and secure communications continues to increase. “OCX Mobile Access” is an access line service for Open Connectivity eXchange (“OCX”), a cloud-based network service jointly developed with BBSakura Networks, Inc., a subsidiary of BBIX that operates a network solutions business. “OCX Mobile Access” has been recognized for its innovative combination of high security, low latency, and scalability. This advanced communications infrastructure won the Grand Prix in the Mobile Computing (5G/6G) category at “Interop Tokyo 2025.”
“CAS Connect,” launched by SB C&S, is a data-only SIM service for enterprise customers, built on the “OCX” platform. The service provides a direct, low-latency, and secure connection to SB C&S’s core cloud and SaaS products. Co-developed with BBSakura, the service includes a customer management platform for centralized, per-SIM management of client information, line status, and data usage. The service features an operational design built for partner success, enabling companies like PC manufacturers and distributors to bundle connectivity with their own products and adapt to new business models. This ensures a smooth adoption process tailored to each partner’s workflow and delivery model. By meeting these needs, the service helps partners open new sales channels and expand their business.

Customizable and flexible data plans are available, ranging from 1GB to large-volume capacities.
・Flexible Operating Models with Various Pricing Options
Flexible contract terms are offered, including monthly, annual, multi-month, and multi-year agreements, to match client usage patterns and business model. This enables an operational design that supports diverse business models and transaction types, allowing clients to choose the optimal plan aligning their deployment scale and operational strategy.
・Full Control and Visibility with Our Customer Management Platform
The service’s integrated platform unifies all SIM management by consolidating client information, line status, and data usage. Customers can directly manage key functions such as SIM suspension/reactivation and IMEI lock configuration.
