Open Connectivity eXchange from BBIX and BBSakura to Support “Now Platform”
Companies to enable the use of “Now Platform” with greater security and higher quality
BBIX, Inc. (“BBIX”), a subsidiary of SoftBank Corp. that operates an Internet Exchange (IX) business, and BBSakura Networks, Inc. (“BBSakura”), a network solutions provider and subsidiary of BBIX, will add “Now Platform,” provided by ServiceNow, as a new destination connection for “SaaS Connection” of Open Connectivity eXchange (“OCX”), a cloud-based network service, on February 19, 2025.
“Now Platform” is a cloud service that allows companies and organizations to manage various business processes on a single platform. “Now Platform” provides an easy-to-understand interface and customizable tools that can be used in a variety of situations to promote DX (Digital Transformation) in companies and organizations.
“SaaS Connection” provides a connection from the closed OCX network to SaaS (Software as a Service) applications without going through the Internet. “SaaS Connection” thereby enables customers to use “Now Platform” in a secure and high-quality communication environment.
BBIX and BBSakura will continue to expand their services to support customers, accelerate DX and grow their businesses in the multi-cloud era.
