BBIX, Inc. (“BBIX”) is pleased to announce that “OCX Mobile Access” for OCX(Open Connectivity eXchange), jointly developed with BBSakura Networks, Inc., launched support for the exclusive allocation of “Data Packs” for each Virtual Mobile Gateway (“VMG”) on June 25, 2026.

“OCX Mobile Access” is an access line service for OCX that provides connectivity from mobile networks to the OCX network. A “Data Pack” is a plan for data communication capacity used with “OCX Mobile Access” SIMs.

Previously, “OCX Mobile Access” managed data communication capacity collectively at the OCX Portal account level, sharing it across multiple VMGs. With this new feature, customers can now allocate specific Data Packs to VMGs, in addition to the traditional collective management.

This update makes it easier to assign Data Packs according to the actual usage of each VMG and to track costs by management unit—even when building multiple networks within a single account to manage departments, branches, or projects independently.

Users can flexibly choose between “Account-wide Sharing” and “Exclusive Allocation per VMG” depending on their specific preferences, enabling more precise and efficient mobile network operation and management.
