“Open Connectivity eXchange” Supports “Traffic Report Plus” Function

BBIX, Inc. (“BBIX”) is pleased to announce that “Open Connectivity eXchange” (“OCX”), jointly developed by BBSakura Networks, Inc., will support “Traffic Report plus”, an enhanced version of the “Traffic Report” feature available on the “OCX Portal”, a dedicated customer portal site, starting today.

The “Traffic Report” is a function that allows customers to view the traffic volume of each Resource Menu* used via the “OCX Portal.” Previously, customers could monitor traffic data for fixed periods of 2 days, 7 days, or 30 days. With the introduction of “Traffic Report Plus”, users can now view traffic volumes for any selected period within the past 365 days. In addition, the new feature allows customers to download traffic data in CSV format, complementing the existing graph display option.

With this enhancement, customers can easily verify whether their network utilization is appropriate and detect any irregularities in communication by reviewing longer-term usage data. Furthermore, the CSV data can be leveraged for more detailed analysis and internal reporting purposes, enabling customers to gain deeper insights into their network operations.
