BBIX Singapore and JKT-IX Join Forces for Enhanced Connectivity

BBIX, Inc. (“BBIX”), a leading carrier-neutral, data-center-neutral Internet Exchange (IX) platform in Asia and the local subsidiary BBIX Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“BBIX Singapore”) are pleased to announce its strategic partnership with JKT-IX, operated by PT. NTT Indonesia. JKT-IX is one of the largest IX in Indonesia. JKT-IX will provide IX service to customers in Indonesia and its Proof of Concept (POC) phase will start on August 1st, 2023.

This partnership aims to revolutionize the connectivity landscape by empowering the customers in Indonesia with seamless access to BBIX Singapore without the need for costly physical Points of Presence (POP) in Singapore. The Customer from Indonesia connected with JKT-IX will be able to peer with approximately 80 companies linked to BBIX Singapore’s diverse ecosystem of global and regional content providers, cloud providers, and Internet service providers on JKT-IX’s robust platform.

BBIX Singapore and JKT-IX will contribute to the promotion of digital integration between Singapore and Indonesia.
