“OCX XaaS Connection” for Open Connectivity eXchange Supports “IPsec Parameter” Function
BBIX, Inc. (“BBIX”) is pleased to announce that “Open Connectivity eXchange” (“OCX”), jointly developed by BBSakura Networks, Inc., will support “IPsec Parameter” feature for its “XaaS Connection” service.
“XaaS Connection” provides a connection from the closed OCX network to XaaS without going through the Internet. The newly launched “IPsec Parameter” feature, establishes an IPsec* connection between the OCX network and the XaaS environment at specific XaaS connection destinations to enable secure communication.
The launch of the “IPsec Parameter” feature enables support for the IPsec method, significantly expanding connectivity to a broader range of XaaS.
*IPsec(Security Architecture for Internet Protocol) is a protocol that ensures secure connectivity between networks by encrypting communication content and preventing tampering and eavesdropping.
BBIX will continue to strive to provide more reliable services to promote DX (Digital Transformation).
Note: IPsec Parameter resources require a separate setup and contractual process after the initial XaaS Connection is configured.
