BBIX Launches the Total Managed System Service
BBIX, Inc. (“BBIX”) will launch the Total Managed System Service (“TMS service”) today. TMS service is a new service that provides end-to-end monitoring and maintenance from the customer’s edge environment to the application layer.
TMS service Summary
The TMS service integrates the customer’s monitoring tools (such as Zabbix) with BBIX’s monitoring system to deliver alarm notifications, first-level response, and on-site support. It is designed for businesses facing challenges in securing monitoring and operations personnel due to a shortage of IT staff.
