BBIX and BBSakura Launch \u201cOPTAGE Connection\u201d on Open Connectivity eXchange<\/h4>\r\n

Launch strengthens access to OCX in the Kansai Region<\/p>\r\n

BBIX, Inc. (\u201cBBIX\u201d), a subsidiary of SoftBank Corp. that operates an Internet Exchange (IX) business, and BBSakura Networks, Inc. (\u201cBBSakura\u201d), a network solutions provider and subsidiary of BBIX, will launch \u201cOPTAGE Connection\u201d within the cloud-based network service \u201cOpen Connectivity eXchange\u201d (\u201cOCX\u201d) on March 6, 2026.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n

\u201cOPTAGE Connection\u201d is a function that interconnects OCX with OPTAGE Inc.\u2019s (\u201cOPTAGE\u201d) high-quality access lines, \u201cEthernet VPN\u201d and \u201cIP-VPN.\u201d<\/p>\r\n
\r\n

With the launch of \u201cOPTAGE Connection,\u201d customers based in the Kansai region can now access low-bandwidth services at more affordable rates while also reducing deployment lead times. In addition, combining it with other access line services enables easy implementation of multi-carrier redundant configurations. Furthermore, customers using \u201cEthernet VPN\u201d or \u201cIP-VPN\u201d can achieve diverse network configurations utilizing OCX while maintaining their existing VPN environment.<\/p>\r\n

BBIX and BBSakura will continue to expand their high-quality network infrastructure by flexibly responding to diversifying network needs.<\/p>\r\n
