Getworks and BBIX Announce Collaboration to Build Next-generation Network Infrastructure<\/h4>\r\n

Companies to strengthen connectivity and collaborate in sales and distribution
by building framework centered on Container Data Center<\/p>\r\n

GETWORKS co.,ltd. (\u201cGetworks\u201d) and BBIX, Inc. (\u201cBBIX\u201d) are pleased to announce that a collaboration to build next-generation network infrastructure. With this collaboration, BBIX and BBSakura Networks, a subsidiary of BBIX, will jointly provide \u201cOpen Connectivity eXchange (OCX)\u201d at Getworks’ Container Data Center, and will jointly promote sales and marketing measures that leverage the strengths of the three companies.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n

Outline of the Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

1. Establishment of OCX connection points at \u201cYuzawa GX Data Center\u201d and \u201cYuzawa 01 Data Center\u201d <\/p>\r\n

On September 1, 2025, BBIX and BBSakura will establish connection points for OCX at Container Data Center developed by Getworks. This will enable the \u201cYuzawa GX Data Center\u201d and \u201cYuzawa 01 Data Center\u201d to promptly provide closed area connections to data centers and cloud services nationwide by utilizing BBIX’s high-quality network connection services, thereby promoting the DX (Digital Transformation) and BCP (Business Continuity Planning) of local governments and companies. <\/p>\r\n
\r\n

2. Developing a Strategic Sales Collaboration<\/p>\r\n

Getworks and BBIX entered a strategic sales collaboration to expand sales channels and accelerate market penetration. Through sales and marketing support for the products and services offered by both companies, Getworks and BBIX will be able to reach a broader customer base. With this initiative, the two companies aim to create a new value delivery model that is not bound by conventional distribution structures. Getworks will provide highly network-neutral services by deploying its own Container Data Center packaged with OCX, enabling the flexible provision of a next-generation network infrastructure environment that can meet diverse needs, including those for cloud infrastructure. In addition, as an official distributor of Getworks, BBIX will provide Getworks\u2019 Container Data Center to partner businesses along with various OCX connectivity services. Through the introduction of products, sales support, and the establishment of a technical support system, Getworks and BBIX aim to spread their services to as many companies as possible.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n

3. Enhancement of brand value through co-creation marketing<\/p>\r\n

Getworks and BBIX will strategically develop marketing activities based on collaboration to visualize the brand value of both companies and their offerings, aiming to expand awareness and strengthen their reach in the market. Getworks has been developing its locally-based Container Data Center based on its vision of \u201cproviding the necessary infrastructure where it is needed,\u201d and through its collaboration with BBIX, will strengthen the provision of agile connectivity environments at the network layer. BBIX will be able to provide services to a wider variety of locations and customer segments, and it will expand its ecosystem for the deployment of OCX connection points nationwide.<\/p>\r\n

Getworks, BBIX, and BBSakura will continue to work together to create infrastructure to support the digital shift in society and industry, aiming to optimize the deployment of infrastructure and maximize connectivity throughout Japan.<\/p>\r\n
