BBIX Partners with Global Net Core to Provide OCX Cloud-based Network Service<\/h4>\r\n

BBIX to add OCX connection point at \u201cNiigata Data Center\u201d<\/p>\r\n

BBIX, Inc. (\u201cBBIX\u201d), a subsidiary of SoftBank Corp. that operates an Internet Exchange (\u201cIX\u201d) business, has entered into a business partnership agreement with Global Net Core Co.,Ltd. (\u201cGlobal Net Core\u201d) to provide Open Connectivity eXchange (\u201cOCX\u201d), a cloud-based network service. With this partnership agreement, BBIX will add an OCX connection point at \u201cNiigata Data Center\u201d (located in Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture) on August 1, 2025.<\/p>\r\n

OCX is a cloud-based network service provided by BBIX and BBSakura Networks, Inc. (\u201cBBSakura\u201d), a network solutions provider and subsidiary of BBIX. OCX provides on-demand, highly secure, low-latency, scalable connectivity services to a variety of cloud services and data centers used by customers.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n

As an IT solutions company specializing in Internet and Web technologies, Global Net Core provides a wide range of services including Internet access, data centers, cloud construction and operation support, hosting, and security web system development. In addition, \u201cNiigata Data Center\u201d serves as a regional information hub, providing housing services, monitoring and operation services, etc., as well as a core location for Ethernet leased circuit services that utilize dark fiber to link major cities in Niigata Prefecture with wide bandwidth.<\/p>\r\n
