BBIX, Inc. (\u201cBBIX\u201d), a subsidiary of SoftBank Corp. that operates an Internet Exchange (IX) business, and BBSakura Networks, Inc. (\u201cBBSakura\u201d), a network solutions provider and subsidiary of BBIX, will add Microsoft Azure Peering Service, provided by Microsoft Corporation (\u201cMicrosoft\u201d), as a new destination connection for \u201cSaaS Connection\u201d of Open Connectivity eXchange (\u201cOCX\u201d), a cloud-based network service, on October 22, 2024.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n

Microsoft Azure Peering Service is a networking service that enhances connectivity to Microsoft Cloud services such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, or any Microsoft service accessible via the public internet. Furthermore, BBIX is one of Microsoft\u2019s official partner providers of connectivity to Microsoft Azure Peering Service.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n

\u201cSaaS Connection\u201d provides a connection from the closed OCX network to SaaS (Software as a Service) without going through the Internet. \u201cSaaS Connection\u201d thereby enables customers to use Microsoft Cloud in a secure and high-quality communication environment via Microsoft Azure Peering Service.<\/p>\r\n
