BBIX Launches New IX Point \u201cBBIX Rotterdam\u201d at \u201cSmartdc Rotterdam\u201d Data Center<\/h4>\r\n

BBIX, Inc. (\u201cBBIX\u201d), a subsidiary of SoftBank Corp. that conducts an Internet Exchange (IX) business, will launch a new IX point, \u201cBBIX Rotterdam\u201d at \u201cSmartdc Rotterdam\u201d data center operated by Smartdc in the Netherlands, and provide its \u201cIX Service\u201d starting from April 3, 2024.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n

In Europe, BBIX has 3 existing IX points: \u201cBBIX Amsterdam,\u201d \u201cBBIX London,\u201d and \u201cBBIX Marseille.\u201d Of these locations, the Netherlands is located at the center of Europe, and plays an important role as a communication hub. By launching \u201cBBIX Rotterdam\u201d at the Netherlands\u2019 second largest city, Rotterdam, customers will be able to exchange traffic with \u201cIX Service\u201d users at BBIX\u2019s European and non-European IX points.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n

Through the provision of a low-latency and high-quality \u201cIX Service,\u201d BBIX will aim to provide a comfortable connectivity environment for customers in Europe and around the world, and realize ideal Internet traffic exchange interconnection.<\/p>\r\n
