BBIX, Inc. (\u201cBBIX\u201d), a subsidiary of SoftBank Corp. that operates an Internet Exchange (IX) business, will establish a joint venture with InfiniVAN, Inc. (\u201cInfiniVAN\u201d), a subsidiary of IPS, Inc. (\u201cIPS\u201d) that operates as a telecommunication company in the Philippines. The joint venture\u2019s name will be BBIX Philippines, Inc. (\u201cBBIX Philippines\u201d), and it will provide IX services in the Philippines from September 2023.<\/p>\r\n
