Tokyo, December 25th, 2020 \u2013 BBIX, Inc. (“BBIX”) a subsidiary of SoftBank Corp. that conducts an Internet Exchange (IX) business, today announced the immediate availability of Amazon Web Services, Inc.\u2019s \u201cAWS Direct Connect\u201d as an addition to its \u201cBBIX Multi-Cloud\u201d service product lineup.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n\r\n

The company now delivers to its customers private access to four different major public clouds (Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Sakura Cloud, and AWS) via its L2 IX network fabric, enabling customers to take advantage of wideband connections to cloud services.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n\r\n

Through enhancing service coverage and providing highly secure private connections to cloud infrastructures, BBIX is working to continuously assist customers so they can optimize and ensure consistent business performance.<\/p>\r\n

Overview of \u201cBBIX Multi-Cloud\u201d:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n
\r\n

BBIX Multi-Cloud Service is an optional service of IX, which enables direct connectivity with public cloud services over the same IX port the customer peers with other IX customers. Customers can access private connections with multiple clouds through dedicated VLAN over BBIX\u2019s L2 network.\r\n<\/p>\r\n
